forbzz Terms

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and forbzz for access to the forbzz website, profile creation flow, ranking pages, and related services. By using forbzz, creating a profile, connecting Stripe data, or viewing the rankings, you agree to these terms.

2. What forbzz does

forbzz publishes public ranking profiles based on Stripe balance transaction data connected by users. The service calculates visible metrics such as net volume from January 1, 2026 onward, daily movement, trailing 30-day net volume, currency, and payment counts.

forbzz is not a bank, broker, accountant, auditor, payment processor, or financial adviser. Rankings are not audited financial statements and do not represent a complete personal net worth calculation.

3. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. If you connect Stripe data for a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to do so and to publish the resulting profile.

Your Google account controls your profile. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for using an account you are authorized to use.

4. Profile information

You are responsible for the profile information you submit, including name, source of wealth, company, bio, citizenship, age, and profile image. You may not impersonate another person, submit false ownership claims, or publish information you do not have the right to use.

You grant forbzz a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and format your submitted profile information for operating and promoting the service.

5. Stripe connection rules

You may only submit a Stripe API key for an account you own or are authorized to manage. We recommend creating a restricted live key with only Balance and Balance transactions read permissions. You should never submit a key that gives more access than you are comfortable granting.

You can revoke a Stripe key from your Stripe Dashboard at any time. If a key is revoked, expired, lacks required permissions, or is rejected by Stripe, the profile may stop updating or may be removed from live ranking surfaces.

6. Public ranking data

When your profile is published, public visitors may see your name, source of wealth, company, bio, profile image, stated citizenship and age when provided, Stripe-derived ranking position, privacy-safe metric labels, achievements, referral badges, currency, and verification status.

Exact revenue values are displayed publicly only if you choose Exact values for metric visibility. Other modes show rounded values, ranges, growth percentages, or rank-only labels.

Stripe-derived numbers may change as Stripe reports transactions, fees, refunds, disputes, reversals, currency behavior, or account status changes.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Do not connect Stripe accounts you are not authorized to access.
• Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, or unlawful profile information.
• Do not attempt to access another user's credentials, profile draft, or private data.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use forbzz to harass, defame, dox, or target another person.

8. Security

forbzz uses technical safeguards designed to protect stored credentials and account data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for keeping your Stripe account, email account, and related devices secure.

9. Third-party services

The service depends on Stripe and may depend on hosting, storage, analytics, security, email, and infrastructure providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. forbzz is independent and is not endorsed by Stripe.

10. Suspension and removal

We may reject, hide, suspend, or remove profiles that appear unauthorized, inaccurate, unlawful, abusive, insecure, or inconsistent with these terms. We may also limit or end access to the service when needed for safety, compliance, or product operations.

11. Disclaimers

forbzzis provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that rankings will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for any financial, tax, investment, employment, credit, insurance, or valuation purpose.

12. Liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, forbzz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the website or another appropriate channel. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
